Law360, New York (July 19, 2010, 2:21 PM ET) -- Johnson & Johnson has succeeded in getting another alleged counterfeiter, SFF Enterprises Inc., to agree to a consent judgment that forbids it from using repackaged versions of the medical giant's OneTouch blood glucose strips.
SFF, along with the company's Babar Butt and Sakia Babar Butt units, have agreed not to use the marks LifeScan, OneTouch, One Touch Ultra, InDuo, UltraSmart or Johnson & Johnson, according to a consent judgment filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
