Law360, New York (August 04, 2010, 3:23 PM ET) -- Despite winning two key jury verdicts, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP continues to settle product liability claims over its blockbuster antipsychotic Seroquel, resolving at least 4,000 cases in the last month.
AstraZeneca reached conditional monetary agreements with thousands of plaintiffs during the month of July, according to the company's most recent quarterly financial report, released July 27.
