Law360, New York (February 20, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Two Washington couples have sued Pfizer claiming the drug maker neglected to warn them of the link between treatment for restless legs and a sudden, compulsive urge to gamble.
The couples have filed separate suits in Minnesota’s federal court alleging Pfizer waited years before warning that its dopamine-boosting drug Mirapex could trigger pathological gambling addictions in users.
