Law360, New York (August 26, 2010, 5:08 PM ET) -- A bankruptcy judge signed off on the Chapter 11 liquidation plan of defunct medical documentation technology company Spheris Inc. Thursday after the debtors resolved Internal Revenue Service objections.
Judge Kevin Gross of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware praised all parties involved in the case for reaching compromises and limiting the acrimony that usually accompanies a Chapter 11 liquidation.
