NY Hospitals Pay $3M To Settle Medicare Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (September 07, 2010, 3:55 PM ET) -- The North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System Inc. and two of its member hospitals have agreed to shell out nearly $3 million to settle a qui tam action alleging that they falsified Medicare cost reports.
