Law360, New York (September 22, 2010, 6:29 PM ET) -- GlaxoSmithKline LLC is facing off against Roche Holding Ltd. and its subsidiary Genentech Inc. in dueling patent infringement suits over breast cancer treatment drug Herceptin.
British drugmaker GSK filed suit Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, accusing its rivals of violating two patents through Genentech’s manufacture of the antibody drug.
