Wyeth Loses Bid To Keep Effexor Deals Under Wraps

Law360, New York (October 21, 2010, 6:10 PM ET) -- A federal judge has ordered Wyeth Inc. to turn over its previous settlement and licensing agreements over the oft-litigated drug Effexor XR, ruling that the documents could be relevant to Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd.'s defense in an ongoing patent suit over a generic version of the antidepressant.
