Law360, New York (March 16, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A New Jersey hospital will pay $7.5 million to settle allegations that it overcharged Medicare patients in order to collect more money from the government.
In addition to the settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice, the Raritan Bay Medical Center agreed to enter into a corporate integrity agreement with the Office of the Inspector General at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
