Law360, New York (November 08, 2010, 6:29 PM ET) -- Johnson & Johnson Inc. subsidiary Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc. has failed to persuade a federal judge to throw out a suit a patient filed over a warning label developed for Remicade.
Judge James G. Carr of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio ruled that Centocor had not, as a matter of law, warned patient Anthony DeGidio that he might contract a noninfectious lung disease if he used Remicade.
