Law360, New York (November 08, 2010, 7:11 PM ET) -- Edwards Lifesciences Corp. has received federal grand jury subpoenas in connection with a U.S. Food and Drug Administration investigation related to a heart monitor the company recalled in 2006, Edwards said in a regulatory filing Monday.
In a quarterly report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Edwards Lifesciences said the subpoenas sought records relating to the "Vigilance I Monitor model with software release 5.3."
