Law360, New York (January 05, 2011, 3:19 PM ET) -- Nycomed US Inc. has switched counsel to WilmerHale in a patent infringement suit brought by Medicis Pharmaceutical Corp. over a generic version of skin treatment Vanos.
Judge Lewis Kaplan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Tuesday signed off on Nycomed’s switch from Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP to WilmerHale.
An attorney from Kramer Levin and an attorney for Medicis declined to comment. An attorney from WilmerHale did not immediately return a call seeking comment.
