Edwards Keeps $74M Award In CoreValve Patent Suit

Law360, New York (February 08, 2011, 7:57 PM ET) -- A federal judge has denied post-trial motions in a patent dispute between Edwards Lifesciences Corp. and Medtronic Inc. subsidiary CoreValve Inc., affirming a jury verdict that awarded $73.5 million to Edwards over infringement of its catheter heart valve technology.
