Fed. Circ. Affirms Siemens' $45M Scanner Patent Win

Law360, New York (February 24, 2011, 4:28 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit declined Thursday to reverse a $45 million judgment against a Saint-Gobain SA subsidiary for infringing Siemens AG’s medical scanning technology, but remanded the case to the district court to reconsider additional damages.
