E.U. Eyes Six-Month Marketing Exclusivity For Pediatric Testing
Advanced by the European Union’s Consumer Affairs Commissioner Olli Rehn, the bill closely mirrors the six-month extension of exclusive marketing rights granted to U.S. pharmaceutical companies for pediatric research.
