Law360, New York (March 25, 2011, 10:17 PM ET) -- A Japanese subsidiary of Medtronic Inc. lost its bid Thursday to overturn a decision refusing to dismiss it from an antitrust suit accusing the medical technology company of trying to push Lenox MacLaren Surgical Corp. out of the surgical bone mill device market.
