Law360, New York (April 29, 2011, 12:26 PM ET) -- Shire LLC filed a patent infringement suit against Sandoz Inc. on Wednesday in Colorado over the generics maker’s bid to produce a version of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder drug Intuniv.
The suit is the latest in a string Shire has launched against generics companies over the drug, following one against Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. on April 20 and several others last year.
