Law360, New York (April 29, 2011, 4:25 PM ET) -- Drug and medical device maker Eli Lilly & Co. said Friday it was in advanced discussions with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to resolve an investigation into potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
