Law360, New York (June 27, 2011, 11:08 PM ET) -- A federal judge in Georgia on Monday tossed the Federal Trade Commission’s case challenging Phoebe Putney Health System Inc.’s proposed acquisition of Palmyra Park Hospital Inc., ruling the health care company was immune from antitrust claims.
