Cephalon Sues Sandoz Again Over Generic Fentora

Law360, New York (September 16, 2011, 4:12 PM ET) -- Cephalon Inc. filed a second patent lawsuit against Sandoz Inc. in Delaware federal court Thursday over the generic-drug maker’s bid to produce its own version of the cancer pain drug Fentora, asserting two newly issued patents.

Cephalon first hit Sandoz over the filing of an abbreviated new drug application to produce its own version of Fentora in February 2010.
