Law360, New York (September 28, 2011, 8:06 PM ET) -- Dermatological drugmaker Galderma Pharma SA reached a deal Wednesday to buy almost all the U.S. and Canadian assets of Graceway Pharmaceuticals LLC, including intellectual property rights and vendor contracts, in a bankruptcy-assisted sale, according to Graceway.
Graceway, which also deals in dermatological drugs, will seek authority to sell the assets under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and through a concurrent receivership proceeding in Canada, the company said in a statement. The company did not disclose the price of the deal.
