Pharm Co. Breckenridge Sues Rivals Over Generic Laxative

Law360, New York (November 02, 2011, 10:01 PM ET) -- Breckenridge Pharmaceutical Inc. on Wednesday accused rival drugmakers UCB Inc. and Kremers Urban Pharmaceuticals Inc. of marketing prescription versions of Breckenridge's generic laxative product, despite a former agreement to stop distributing the drug.
