DC Circ. Backs Health Care Law's Individual Mandate

Circuit on Tuesday became the latest court to uphold the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act's mandate that individuals buy health insurance, tossing a suit that argued the requirement violated the right to religious freedom.
