Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 7:17 PM ET) -- A European regulatory agency on Tuesday recommended recalling three cancer drugs manufactured at a Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH subsidiary's facility in the U.S. after an inspection revealed the risk for potential contamination.
The European Medicines Agency said the recommended recall was a precautionary measure after an inspection earlier in November turned up potential problems with the sterile packaging equipment at Ben Venue Laboratories Inc. in Bedford, Ohio.
