Teva Settles Suit Over Watson’s Generic LoSeasonique

Law360, New York (December 12, 2011, 1:51 PM ET) -- Teva Women’s Health Inc. on Thursday settled a patent infringement suit in New Jersey over Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc.’s bid to market a generic version of Teva’s oral contraceptive LoSeasonique.

U.S. District Judge Claire C. Cecchi signed off on a joint stipulation to dismiss the suit with prejudice, saying both parties had agreed to drop claims and counterclaims related to Watson’s plans to produce a generic version of LoSeasonique.
