Smith & Nephew's $85M Win Axed In Suture Anchor IP Row

Law360, New York (December 19, 2011, 8:57 PM ET) -- An Oregon federal judge on Friday overturned an $85 million jury verdict against Arthrex Inc., wiping out a win for Smith & Nephew Inc. in a long-running patent infringement fight over suture anchors used to reattach damaged tissue and bone.
