Law360, New York (February 03, 2005, 12:00 AM ET) -- In a deal that closely resembles similar settlements for arthritis drug Relafen and prescription antibiotic Augmentin, GlaxoSmithKline has reportedly agreed to pay $65 million to settle a class action antitrust suit brought by consumers who accused the U.K. drug maker of filing "sham" patent lawsuits to delay generic competition for antidepressant Paxil.
