Law360, New York (February 15, 2012, 7:15 PM ET) -- The Third Circuit on Wednesday agreed to modify an injunction against Zimmer Inc., saying a lower court had too broadly ruled for a Stryker Corp. subsidiary in its employee poaching, trade secrets and breach of contract suit against its medical devices rival.
