Law360, New York (February 24, 2012, 3:36 PM ET) -- An ex-Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP attorney who was also general counsel at Fortune 100 companies has joined Nixon Peabody LLP's Washington office, where he will lend his expertise on deals, life sciences and government contracts, his new firm said Thursday.
Vincent J. Napoleon joined Nixon Peabody's commercial litigation practice as counsel, bringing more than 25 years of experience working on corporate deals and government contracts at Pillsbury and as in-house counsel for major corporations such as General Electric Co.
