Add-Ons To Drug User Fee Law Hit FDA Opposition

Law360, New York (March 08, 2012, 8:18 PM ET) -- The director of the Food and Drug Administration's drug office signaled opposition Thursday to proposals to amend the Prescription Drug User Fee Act to create separate approval regulations for medical gases and expand the accelerated approval pathway.
