Azur, Avanir Push To Arbitrate $35M FazaClo Feud

Law360, Los Angeles (March 09, 2012, 5:40 PM ET) -- A doctor who claims Azur Pharma Ltd. and Avanir Pharmaceuticals Inc. breached contracts for the rights to antipsychotic drug FazaClo should be forced to arbitrate his demand for over $35 million, an attorney for Azur told a California judge Friday.
