Law360, New York (April 13, 2005, 12:00 AM ET) -- An Indiana judge will render his decision Thursday afternoon in Eli Lilly & Co.’s closely watched patent infringement lawsuit against would-be makers of generic versions of the company’s blockbuster schizophrenia treatment Zyprexa.
Judge Richard Young of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana will issue his decision on Thursday, April 14, 2005 at 5:50 p.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time, which is 4:50 p.m. local Indianapolis time, Eli Lilly said.
