Hospital Says Rival Poaches Patients By Deceiving Them

Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 6:24 PM ET) -- Hattiesburg, Miss., hospital Wesley Medical Center sued intracity rival Forrest General Hospital and an ambulance company on Tuesday, accusing them of diverting patients from WMC to FGH without their consent, in violation of the Sherman and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization acts and Mississippi state law.
