Coventry Health Case Managers Seek Class Cert. In OT Suit

Law360, New York (May 01, 2012, 3:07 PM ET) -- A former field case manager for Coventry Health Care Inc. asked a California federal judge on Monday to certify a class action accusing the health care company of illegally refusing to pay overtime wages and denying meal and rest breaks.
