Bribe-Paying Hospital CEO Gets 4 Months

Law360, New York (May 01, 2012, 7:41 PM ET) -- Robert Aquino, the former CEO and owner of New York's Parkway Hospital, was sentenced to four months in prison Tuesday for paying bribes to ex-New York state Sen. Carl Kruger in an attempt to keep his hospital open.
