NYU Seeks State's OK For $1B Medical Pavilion

Law360, New York (May 07, 2012, 7:01 PM ET) -- New York University's Hospitals Center has asked the state for approval to build a $1.2 billion new clinical facility at its existing medical campus on 34th Street between First Avenue and the East River, the school announced Monday.
