Law360, New York (May 09, 2012, 7:33 PM ET) -- Doctors who provide primary care to Medicaid patients will be paid more for their services, at a rate equivalent to what Medicare pays, under a proposed rule announced Wednesday that will increase physician payments by $11 billion over two years.
