Law360, New York (May 17, 2012, 2:07 PM ET) -- Pharmacy benefits manager Express Scripts Inc. will pay $2.75 million in connection with allegations its employees stole controlled substances, the U.S. Justice Department said Tuesday, chastising the company for errors but also praising its efforts to clean up its act.
The alleged thefts and inventory discrepancies occurred from 2002 to 2006 at mail-order drug processing centers.
