Judge Orders Plaintiffs To Respond In Accutane Case

Law360, New York (September 07, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Psychiatric-track plaintiffs in the Accutane multidistrict litigation have been told that if they do not file a response to F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. and Roche Holding Ltd.'s motion to dismiss within 11 days, the cases will be tossed.
