AHA Slams CMS Over Hospital Staffing Rule Changes

Law360, New York (June 07, 2012, 4:20 PM ET) -- The American Hospital Association on Tuesday urged the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to scrap new rules that require hospital governing boards to include at least one medical staff member and bar health systems from having a single, unified medical staff.
