Law360, New York (June 08, 2012, 8:02 PM ET) -- Geisinger Health System Foundation on Thursday reached a deal with Pennsylvania's attorney general allowing the health care company to acquire a rival, alleviating the commonwealth's antitrust concerns by agreeing to maintain the independence of the competitor's acute care center for eight years.
