Law360, New York (June 27, 2012, 1:56 PM ET) -- New York-based private equity giant KKR & Co. LP has agreed to invest roughly $350 million in Australian health care services firm Genesis Care Pty. Ltd. to acquire a majority stake in the company, both firms announced Wednesday.
