Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 3:58 PM ET) -- Health industry business management software and services provider SAP AG and cloud computing company Ariba Inc. said Tuesday they had given the U.S. Department of Justice additional information concerning their proposed $4.3 billion merger.
Both companies said they supplied the DOJ with further information on SAP’s plan to buy Ariba, after receiving a solicitation for more detail, or a second request, from the regulator, according to a press statement.
