Employers Will Rush To Comply With ACA Ruling, Report Says

Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 5:00 PM ET) -- While most employers waited to take action on looming employer requirements under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act until the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on its constitutionality last month, only a minority will wait until after November elections, consulting firm Mercer LLC said Monday.

Mercer surveyed 4,000 employers immediately following the high court's upholding the ACA and found that just 16 percent would wait to develop a strategy to respond to its employer provisions until after Election Day, which could potentially put Republicans in control...
