Axed Worker Says Clinic Urged Insurance, Medicaid Fraud

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 7:09 PM ET) -- A former employee of Texas Vascular Associates PA on Thursday sued the Dallas medical practice alleging she was wrongfully fired for refusing to fraudulently bill Medicare, Medicaid and private insurers for patient services.
