Judge Hands Icahn Ammo In Forest Labs Proxy Battle

Law360, Wilmington (July 27, 2012, 10:21 PM ET) -- A Delaware judge on Friday granted activist investor Carl Icahn a portion of the Forest Laboratories Inc. records he had wanted for ammunition in a proxy fight with the drugmaker, but denied the billionaire some of the documents he desired most.
