Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 5:28 PM ET) -- Florida pharmacists and Medicaid patients sued state health officials in Florida state court on Thursday, claiming they're shutting out independent pharmacies from Medicaid and forcing patients to use pharmacy chains approved by managed care organizations that have contracted with the state.
