Docs Protest Texas 'Gag Order' On Abortion Discussions

Law360, New York (August 07, 2012, 9:41 PM ET) -- The Texas Medical Association on Friday challenged the state health department's proposed rules aimed at limiting abortion counseling, saying they could compromise medical judgment and would be a “gag order” on physicians that would lead many to not participate in a state-run women's health program.
