Law360, Houston (August 16, 2012, 7:37 PM ET) -- During opening arguments in its malpractice suit Thursday, a defunct online pharmacy told jurors that Haynes and Boone LLP should pay $118 million for missing the filing deadline for an antitrust suit that could have saved the company from financial ruin.
