Law360, Houston (September 10, 2012, 9:29 PM ET) -- Haynes and Boone LLP on Monday settled with a defunct Internet pharmacy that claimed the firm owed it $118 million for missing the filing deadline for an antitrust suit, bringing to an end a monthlong malpractice trial in Texas state court.
Attorneys for the firm and Rx.com announced to the court Monday morning they had reached a confidential settlement. After accepting the parties’ agreement, Judge Larry Weiman dismissed the jury.
