BCBS Hit With $67M Antitrust Suit By Heart Monitoring Co.

Law360, New York (September 10, 2012, 9:03 PM ET) -- Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and its licensees including Highmark Inc. were hit with a $66.5 million suit Monday by a diagnostic testing firm accusing them of undermining competition through conspiratorial tactics including denying coverage for certain heart monitoring and testing device services.
